Bad service

I order on the 30th of October , i was told that my order will take 4 weeks to be shipped i was fine with that. I contacted them after the 4 weeks had ended and it took days for them to be responded to and i was told that my order would be shipped on the first of December, a few days before december i got an email telling me that my order will be shipped on the 12th its now the 16th and do not have the tracking number for my order . No one is responding to me . I would advise you to look at the reviews online before you order .
