Extremely Disappointed – No Delivery & Zero Communication

I am beyond frustrated with my experience with Nude Collections. I placed an order back in November, and I still have not received my items.

What makes it worse is the complete lack of professionalism from Philisiwe. She has gone completely radio silent—no updates on my shipment, no replies to my inquiries, and no explanation for the delay. It feels like my money has been taken with no intention of fulfilling the order.

I would strongly advise anyone thinking of ordering from here to stay away. This has been a terrible experience, and I am still waiting for either my products or a full refund. If there was anything less than a star, I’d surely give this business that.
