This company is the management company for our complex. When sending e-mails to them they ignore these, One does not receive an acknowledgement of receipt, or reference number. Not even an auto-responder. last year we lodged a complaint. We send e-mails from 2023-08-17. Not receiving any feedback only then to receive an e-mail on 2023-10-06 telling us to go to CSOS. On 2023 -11- 09 i was informed that feedback would be provided to me regarding a request the following week, Now, 3 months later, I still did not receive the information. I sent an e-mail in 2023-02-20. 72 hours later and I received no response. I get that the members of the board of trustees may not be able to attend to the e-mails as speedily as one would expect, but one would expect that the management company would respond to e-mails.

Wow what a bad company for complex management - I signed an agreement with them as a lessee recently for the supply of water and electricity only - when they sent me the first bill they even just added what they call is a security levy - legally you can’t go add a levy onto a water and lights account and they fail to respond to me for why a levy has been added to my water and lights account when that’s the only service I signed up with them - I was never given info or signed for any form of levy so they act *******ly so I would be very careful when dealing with this company - I still waiting for proof of where I was given indication or signed to accept a levy that mysteriously appeared on my water and lights account

Nu'dor still has not done anything regarding the 4 people and 2 cats living in an one bedroom apartment causing absolute chaos. They do not seem to know anything about the people or properties they are collecting funds from. Please note that they do not implement any rules and regulations they state in their complex house rules. If this problem is not resolved I fear I will have to take legal action agains Nu'dor.

Nudor under Management of Mr Andre van Tonder is pathetic. a year after complaining regarding water damage in my Unit they just wash their hands off any responsibility. The Units at Willowbrook Est in Hennopspark are not properly maintained although levies are paid for maintenance purposes. Complaints fall on deaf ears and they do not ever attempt to give feedback on matters arising.

Not allocating proof of payments correctly. Sending fines to the wrong people with the wrong details on. Double billing security levies, when asked they say they will fix it only find it still on your statement the next month. Does not keep accurate records and then fine you later on for not having the correct documents meaning you have to forward old emails just to try and clear your name. They allocate fines without actually letting you know, you only notice an extra amount on your statement and only find out why when you challenge it.
