Ignoring emails and phone lines dont work

I have been trying for the passed 1 week to get through to Nurture Ilembe in durban ballito. My initial email was acknowledged but ever since then they have not responded to the rest of my emails and their phone doesnt work. They have made no attempt to fix their lines regardless of my email sent. How do we get through to you??? I already have concerns about a patient thats there. If you dont respond to me immediately then I will share my concerns publicly then maybe I wont be ignored.
