Inqwaba Services Nutec houses (Shahil) Rotten Conpany
It’s a couple of months away from my nutec house being 4 years standing and unfortunately the experience has been rough discovering everything that is wrong with the quality of the structure itself and materials used in it. I have a 4x5 structure with a kitchen sink and the bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet bowl. Today I came home to a puddle of water seeping from underneath the kitchen cupboard. I’m yet to discover what’s wrong as I wait for help. I can however say that from a past experience my room wall had to be broken to get to the shower’s pipes because a puddle was forming on the floor. A plumber discovered the pipe was hissing and spraying out water from a tiny hole in it causing the puddle. One day not too long after the build my shower started running brown water only to discover that the shower head was rusting on the inside. I can say with confidence that Shahil of Inqwaba Services used the cheapest junk fittings in my little place then charged me an exorbitant amount of money keeping his costs down and profits high. I asked for a sliding door and discovered afterwards that the moving door was installed back to front. There were some other small issues and honestly I was just happy to have the people constructing my place leave. Now that I’ve lived here for almost 4 years I know that Shahil ripped me off. Aluminium windows leaks when it rains. Bathroom basin wasn’t installed correctly, in fact it’s still very much loose and not stable against the wall. The guy who installed the toilet didn’t know how to apply the wax seal, the cheap kitchen cupboard doors are not aligned. I can say more but need I say more to convince you never to use this service. Shahil, I just called you and you’re not answering your phone. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Noteworthy Nutec Work
Great service during construction of my Nutec house and after. Shahil is very trustworthy and easy to communicate with, while the same goes for the men working on site, who stayed on schedule. We worked well together in formulating a plan that accommodated my tight budget leading to no unwelcome surprises. Thank you

Worth recommending when buying a Nutec House.
