Poor customer service
Received the phone last week Tuesday, now the phone is nolonger working. When I call customer care my phone is blocked. When I call them with private call the phone rings with no response. 2 weeks less I've experienced poor customer support.

Worst telecom service or should I say non service. Half of the month my line is not working, their staff doesn't respond to emails and have an attitude when you cancel subscription with them. Sies poor service, you might as well close shop

Poor customer service, casual to disrespectful staff
Poor customer service, casual to disrespectful staff. My manager business spent half a month without a landline and internet with no promise of resolution. Their office manager kicked me out of their when i brought the complaint physically and swore that he would not terminate the contract

Nutratel is a **** they basically stole my R2099 two months ago i already spend a lot of airtime calling them for a refund, but they are duck and diving such companies are not to be trusted. if you think of doing a business with them dont rather go to reputable companies because the will cost you your company reputation. A very big ****, they took my R2200 for the phone then didn’t deliver, after that they telling me we will refund you , and they ignore my calls and messages. Don’t even try their stupid network I was told that it doesn’t even have enough network, the good reviews you are seeing are inside jobs
