NUWE.ENERGY ( Beware Solar Kit Sellers).
Hi, We bought the solar kit from below company . NUWE.ENERGY MUNASHE LOVEJOY GARA 1 Elsecar street kysands, randburg, Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa-2188 Ph No. : 0680899242, Email : info@nuwenergy.co.za, Website :nuwenergy.co.za As part of the original was Solar Panels ( Canadian Watts 450W), Shoto 5.12kwh lithium ion battery,5kva lux-power 48V hybrid inverter and Mounting and installation accessories which were needed for installation. MUNASHE LOVEJOY GARA, recommended an Electrician Petros Ngulube from TIZTIG Projects and assured that he will be best in business and we will be very happy with the solar installations as he is the best with Lux Power. Howerver Petros didnt follow any regulations to install Solar Invertor and Batteries and left the MAIN DB board without earthing connection ( lifes were left at risk) . This all came to my attention after bringing in independent Solar installers. Till date the electrician Petros has not paid and issued a COC without do any checks. We also figured out that Lovejoy has send fake Canadian Solar panels with after market Chinese make with Fake Canadian Solar Panel stickers ( around 255 Watts). He admitted MUNASHE LOVEJOY GARA and agreed to settle the difference of amount. It has been more than a month without transferring money and with million excuses. My first resolution was to replace the fake panels with the Canadian Panels ( Lovejoy said he does not have in stock), Then we asked him to settle the difference. Please stay away from this business, They have not even provided original invoice for Battery and Invertor required for warranty ( repeatedly asked for the same ). I will follow legal proceedings now, as they have no intention to pay .
