Their Printer problems become me, as the clients', problems!! No customer service!!

<p>After paying for my order in full, up front as per their request...I ordered licence stickers for promotional items for my business. The proof I agreed on before printing, as well as the designs I sent them from my graphic designer was perfect. When I received the stickers there were lines through the whole sticker. </p> <p>I called the manager and he appologised and said it was a printer issue and they will reprint. I never heard from them again. After calling them after 5 months they now claim I signed it off with the lines even though they cannot provide me with the signed proof. The only proof I 'signed' off has no lines.  But they choose to treat me as the liar and now I have paid almost R2000 for 1000 stickers and I have a load of **** that I have to throw in the dustbin!!</p> <p>They refuse to reprint or to refund me!! </p> <p>After this terrible service I will NEVER  print anything from NWBS again!!!</p> <p> </p>
