NWU Potch communication centre

Good day Today I would like to inform you that the NWU Communication center and portal are not working at all - we can phone, and we hold for more than 1 hr, and no answer, we can WhatsApp and nothing is happening we can e-mail and no reply. We are waiting for answers on final approval for 2025 and we don't get anything at all. We need to plan for our kids but how can we plan if we don't get answers at all? - I feel the services are really not up to standard for such a big university which in everyone believes in.
