Worst experience I ever ever had

What a nightmare!

I was scammed into paying NZTEK college what ever was left in my credit facility and it wasn't even enough to cover the whole "service". Zack informed me that it is no problem they will just "amend" the contract. That did not happen at all, the are handing me over for the outstanding amount.

The sales consultant was Zack and he made everything seem great, but I was never under the impression that I was going to pay for this service. He kept talking about a budget that has to be created on my credit card.

He insisted that I need to open the software they provide and have to register it for no reason at all, because the training was only going to be given in a weeks time. With out knowing that if you open the software you are not allowed to cancel the contract, so basically that's how he closes his deals.

We went to see our lawyer about this and my lawyer tried to make contact with them. They just tell her that they dont talk with lawyers and she should make contact with their lawyer (you can see they deal with this on a daily basis).

We then made contact with their lawyer and for weeks he said he will come back to us but never do.

I am writing this essay because I really dont want anyone to go through what we did.

They took money we really needed at that time and they didn't even blink an eye.
