Good Day my name is Lukas Johannes Pieterse On cell number 07398 722836 e mail Lukas.Pieterse30@gmail.com My residential address 27 Toft Ave Grays RM175SP my query and sim card Cards ref numbers as follows MS 519055438 x4 on the 9th of Nov 2021 I spoke to Chris one of your sale officers at O2 service provider sell to me 4 sim cards I did not asking or requesting at all I request a cell phone but I received an e mail x4 simcards will be deliver to me I said to Chris I am not interested and have to cancel the transaction but it was not canceled I sent previously e mails to customer services to cancell the transaction on the 9 Nov 2021 at 10h00 but it was not canceled I phone o2 customer services department query with customer services why it was not canceled and monies was deducted from my bank account its fraudulent service to customer bad reputation bad service to deducted monies from a customer while the requesting was submitted in time before the 11 days but still the money was deducted and Abigail one of the call centre Manager cleared unprofessional to deliver a good quality service to a customer is real poor service and bad reputation for O2 Service Provider please I need this to be resolved as soon as possible and my monies to be reversed with immediate effect £56 pound was deducted please reverse with immediate effect
