Oak Avenue Pharmacy Witfield
I have never come across such a wonderful and awesome bunch of friends as I have at Oak Avenue Pharmacy in Witfield. No matter what time of day you enter, you are greeted with a friendly smile from the front door, to when you leave. Thank you to each and every one of you for always going the extra mile fir me and everybody else. You guys truly rock.

I always got my cronic meds from a pharmacy that people dont want to use anymore, i had no other choise to go to oak ave pharmacy in witfield, where l found there price were far less expensive, and the servise, friendlyness and helpfullness of the staff exeeded my expectations

Local Pharmacy helps Local Church
To Joan Prinsloo and Marissa Van Rooyen, I wanted to take this opportunity and thank you for donating all your recycling for such a worthy cause, you have no idea how much the recycling is helping the local community Methodist Church in Witfield, thank you for sorting the plastic and giving it to us on a weekly basis. By far the best Pharmacy in the East Rand
I have been a customer with Oak Pharmacy Witfield for over 15 years, I love the staff, they are friendlyand helpful. My appreciation goes to Joan Prinsloo and Marissa Van Rooyen, without a doubt incredible pharmacist. I have never left the pharmacy unsatisfied with the advice they have given me, in fact I prefer going to them before I think of seeing a doctor. Truly love the friendliness and professionalism, the pharmacy is always clean, and never cluttered. Truly love this establishment.

OAK AVENUE PHARMACY DISGRACE
I AM REALLY NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE I GET FROM OAK AVENUE PHARMACY IN WITFIELD BOKSBURG. IT IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT THEY MAKE MISTAKES. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT UP TO STANDARD. WHEN YOU PHONE IN FOR YOUR SCRIPT IT SEEMS LIKE THEY WANT TO GET RID OF YOU IN AN INSTANT AND THEY DO NOT LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMERS REQUEST AT ALL. I PHONED YESTERDAY TO QUERY ABOUT MY MOTHERS MEDICINE. THE LADY SAID SHE WILL PHONE BACK WITH AN APOLOGY AND IT NEVER HAPPENED. WHEN THEY DELIVERED THE MEDS YESTERDAY AFTERNOON I SAID I WILL SEE THEM EITHER 10 O CLOCK OF AFTER WORK. AND SO I GET A CALL FROM KIM ENQUIRING WHEN I WILL COME AND PAY. WOW REALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS NOT ON. YOU REQUEST PAYMENT BUT YOURS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BAD. THERE IS ONLY TWO PEOPLE THAT STANDS OUT THERE AND IT IS JOAN PRINSLOO AND CORNELIA. THE REST, WELL SORRY TO SAY I DO NOT HAVE WORDS FOR YOU. I WANTED TO MAKE ARRANGEMENT FOR THE MEDS THAT WAS WRONGLY DISPENSED. AND IT WAS NOTED ON THE SYSTEM THAT THEY SHOULD NOT DISPENSE THE MEDS. THIS IS NOT ON REALLY. I THINK I WILL ADVISE MY PARENTS TO FINISH THEIR SCRIPT AND TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE. THEY ARE PENSIONERS AND DO NOT DESERVE SUCH TREATMENT. I EXPECT A CALL WITH AN APOLOGY AND GOOD EARS TO LISTEN TO WHAT I HAVE TO SAY.........
