Tour money still not paid back since October 201

The same happened to my friend and I. I later contacted the spiritual leader who always leads the tours in Israel. Luckily I got hold of Mr Roos personally on his personal telephone after nobody at Oakministries or Wurban could give me answers. My phone nr was asked every time but to this date nobody, but nobody phoned me back. Emails addressed to mr Roos were never answered. Mr Roos assured me that my funds will be in my account today, 10 July 2015. Assurance was also given by the lady at the office. They even promised to remunerate me for all the calls. It is nearly 17:00, and I am still waiting.
