The service we received from Blanche is way beyond excellent, she exceeded our expectations in every way possible, From the day I told her about my dads passing she was so understanding and even though we were caught up in a lot she made sure she reminded us of the docs we needed to send daily Thanks a lot Blanche you are an asset to the company

Many unauthorized debit orders detected on my account with the reference OAKHURST. I called and the search with my ID and told I am not a client.. Well, this I knew... But my question is... Why are you debiting me... For what service or product are u debiting me and where did you get my bank details. Im yet to have an answer.. 0836526606 I need an urgent call back.

Zhane Moses has the most refreshing service i have recieved in a very long time. every question i had was answered hastly and very professionally, even though i was a difficult client with multiple questions but she remained friendly and helpful. thank you very much

Oakhurst life proceeded to debit my account account earlier that the prescribed date, this has negatively impacted on my Bank records and ITC. There is even an unpaid charge on my account which need to be refunded with 24 hours. I demand to hear the call recording authorizing you to debit my account before payday? With all the stress and inconvenience your company caused me during the last 6 months, and now you add fuel to the fire going into my account without my permission, I am requesting you to close my Oakhurst life account immediately, ensure there is no additional debits, refund my fees and provide with a formal written confirmation that the ITC and my bank records have been corrected. Further more issue me with a deadlock letter for all the stress and inconvenience caused dealing with your organisation as I am approaching the Ombudsman. I cannot be paying for a service and being treated like a dishonest person. Its seem you cannot trust that I would honor my debit on Monday that you had to collect it prior without consent. Will appreciate CEO contact to discuss these issues further - requested it previously, still waiting.

Just wanna say thank you to Alma for an exceptional job she did on helping me claim for my funeral cover after my niece passed away, she responded within seconds and she always let me know which documents are outstanding, I really appreciate all your help.
