On 10 October 2018 I bought a Diff from them for my BMW, I am in Cape Town. When asking about any guarantees Sean told me he has two in stock and if one is faulty he will replace no problem. I was also told that the diff came from a car with less than 60 000km. This diff arrived and once fitted by Gearbox and Diff specialists the "New Diff" is even worse than my old one that was taken out. I immediately contacted Sean and from the start I was having problems, as he now wanted to know if the prop shaft was balanced etc, This has absolutely nothing to do with a diff supplied with already unserviceable bearings and gears as per the specialist. Since fitted the car only drove around the block for a test drive when the unserviceability was discovered. An unbalanced prop shaft could not have caused any damage if this was the case and it is not, because I then had the prop shaft balanced and it was perfectly fine, did not need any balancing. Sean told me he had to talk to his Mechanic first, why I do not know. When contacted him again het had more stories and said he had to talk to the owner first< I understood he was the owner. Then he sent me a WhatsApp to tell me to send an e-mail with my complaint, which I did and ever since he has ignored my calls and WhatsApps. These people are unethical and compulsive liars and will do anything to steal your hard earned money from you and supply unserviceable spares knowing they have done you in and then just deny it or try and make up some story as to why you cannot be reimbursed or the part replaced. PLEASE do not support this company and buy anything from them, you will just end up losing your money have a spare that is either broken or wrong and they will not give you the time of day to resolve your dilemma.

hi, on Tuesday 24 July 2018 , I was on the internet searching for a steering rack for an Audi A4 2010 ,and came across this website that advertised one for R2009.00,so I called and spoke to a gentlemen, enquiring about this specific part, to which he replied he has one in stock , but not for the price advertised rather R3500.00, so ok , I needed the spare, and told him I will see him later that afternoon to fetch the part. once I got there I had a look at the steering rack and told him I don't have a sample as the old one was still on my vehicle, but gave him a complete description of the vehicle. he assured me that the part was correct and even went onto some website to show me the part was correct ,I the ask him should this part be incorrect can I bring it back to which he replied YES SURE .This was at 16:50 on the 24th. On the 25th at 08:30 I took the part to my mechanic and he started to work on my vehicle , when he removed the old one and placed it next to the one I purchased , guess what ? the two was not the same. The mechanic contacted me to let me know that the part was incorrect. I then contacted the gentlemen at Oasis to let know that the part was incorrect , he replied he is going to make a few calls and put the word out for the correct part, I waited and waited and waited then tried to call him again as he did not take my calls .So I decided to go and fetch the part for my mechanic and go back to Oasis , When I got there a lady told me he is unavailable ,so I told her about my situation and she replied there is NOTTING THEY CAN DO, I asked her what must I do with a part which I have no use for ,she just walked away , I tried calling the gentlemen again and again still no answer. So I took that steering rack and went to Audi which they have matched to part no. AND GUESS WHAT ? THE PART THAT OASIS SUPPLIED ME WAS FOR AN A6 and NOT for A4 as requested by me. They strip the vehicles to remove the parts and you tell me that he had no idea where that has come out from ?he knew and wanted to make quick money off me , cannot believe that in this day what times being so difficult you can get such dishonest cheats and liars, I had to take a loan to purchase this part and now have something which I have no use for and take another loan to purchase the correct part.

I took my car in for power steering pump change and to clean the oil pick up screen. They then sent me a quote for R27000, the quote listing a control arm, a radiator, fan belts and other stuff I didn't ask for. I rejected the quote and went to fetch the car, when I got there I found my car stripped into pieces. I demanded they fix my card, Sean the owner started to threatening me that's when I got the police involved and they advised me to get a letter of demand for them to fix my car. I then later found out that that's how they do business if you reject their quote so that you pay the fee.

Please stay away from the Oasis Towing and Auto Repair.

Hi

On the 23/04/2015 my vehicle was collected to be transported for Lochan Diagnostics to check why it would not start. But later developed that Sean and his guys stripped the vehicle without any authorisation by myself and then sent a quotation of R16473.00 for the work to be completed. When confronted Sean stated that he was advised to go ahead and work on the vehicle by Lochan diagnostics and that if I rejected the quote a fee of R6838.81 will be charged to release the vehicle. According to Sean when you sign the tow authorisation form you give Oasis free reign to do whatever they want with your vehicle.( this should only authorise you to tow not attempt any repair and my attorney sees it that way!)

Please steer clear of this company. Beware of their unethical & misleading behavior!
