****mers - Obama Tombstones in White City Jabavu

My sister and I paid in full for the Tombstone. Payment was made in July 2024, and their policy says that they deliver 4 to 6 weeks after payment however till today (04 November 2024) no tombstone has been delivered.

They **** to us on Friday (01 November 2024) that they are ready for installation, 2 hours before the agreed time to install we get a message to say there has been a delay and they will install next week. Today as I write this, I asked Phindi (the lady at reception who we have been coordinating with) whether the Tombstone has been started and she casually says nope.

For a business that also advertises at local radio stations that they deliver this is absolutely disappointing and unacceptable. Use Obama Tombstone (White City Javabu Branch) at your own risk.
