I am writing this review due the worst customer service I got in your store. I have never in my whole entire life been disrespected by a store manager like this. I was there celebrating my son's birthday and your manager turned it into a nightmare, He was rude and told me a paying customer to never set foot in his store again. There was a misunderstanding with the bill, we were told it was short by 300 while as we know pretty well that we paid everything in full. As a customer I needed confirmation that indeed my money was short. One the money I gave to the waitress was not the same money I paid when she came back to tell us our money is short. She decided not to count the money in front of us and when she came back to tell us it was short it was not the same money we gave her, so we asked for the footage so that they could see me counting the money. The cameras were so bad that I couldn't see myself counting the money so we couldn't tell if it was short from us or they did something. We ended up paying the balance but I had to tell the manager of the store that the cameras are bad if I could have been able to see myself counting the money it would have been much better. The manager then started swearing and calling me names. We were still enjoying my sons birthday and they were still playing. We were kicked out of the store like dogs. I had small children with me but I had to wait out in the cold with them waiting for transport which came last because we told him late to come get us. Not that we wanted to leave we were still planning on staying and buying but the manager told us that if we don't leave he will call security on us. As we were leaving I had to tell the manager that this is not the way to treat paying customers, he then threaten me and was telling me that he will deal with me and that If I ever come back to his store "I will deal with you in my own way". This is exactly the words he said. I am so disappointed and now I am scared that my life might be in danger. I never thought I would hate a store so much but now I do. I will never set foot into this store again and I would like you to investigate this matter if you don't want to lose more customers because if he is still there and talk to people the same way he did to us then you will be losing more customers. You can't as a business have someone like him who threatens people and kicks them out like dogs after spending soo much money in your company. Please don't take this lightly I am not a person who writes bad reviews about anyone because I also work with customers and I know how it like to deal with an arrogant person but I you are running a business you can't let your emotions get to you and end up chasing away people who keeps the business going. I would like a follow up on my case. You can call me on this number if you want to talk and hear the story from me personally in front of your manager and you could also have a look at the cameras and see him chasing me then following me out side just to threaten me (065 949 0794)

It is with utter disbelief and disgust I send this email. 2 Saturdays ago I brought my 78 year mum out of the house for a treat. She has advanced Parkinson’s amongst other illnesses. I parked at the entrance, showing my mum how close we were to the toilets which she needed to go to before we headed to Romanos for a treat (my mum is diabetic). Both the caregiver and mum were 10 steps away from the toilets and proceeded to check out the ice cream shop. About 10 minutes later, my frantic caregiver came running to find (leaving my mum alone) to tell me the security guard told them they can’t use the toilet, “apparently it was broken “ I was highly confused as I saw people waiting to go in as I passed. I was already having an ice cream, had to leave it, pay and rush out. The ladies at the info desk noticed me upset and frantic. Mind you nobody physically woke up to assist my mum during this ordeal. The security guard then chose to walk away and pretend like nothing happened. He told our caregiver and my mom that they must go alllll the way to the next entrance to use the toilet seeing full well that my mom could not walk properly, not even offering her a wheelchair. As I made a fuss and other people in the mall watched in disbelief, EVENTUALLY we got a wheelchair. By this time the ladies from the info desk got up to check the toilets AND IT WAS WORKING JUST FINE! By now we had wasted 45 minutes of our time just for my mum who needed to use the toilet. The security guard acted like he did nothing wrong, eventually his supervisor came down and took my details. I demanded to file a formal complaint. WHAT GIVES THIS SECURITY GUARD TO LIE AND TREAT THE ELDERLY LIKE THIS !!!! Was she supposed to have peed on the falls on the mall??? THIS SECURITY GUARD TOOK ADVANTAGE COS HE ASSUMED THEY WERE ALONE WHILE BOTH YOUR LADIES AT THE INFO DESK SAT AND WATCHED AND ONLY REACTED ONCE I STARTED MAKING A MOAN!! Explain this treatment to me??? Cos it’s disgusting

Firstly your staff all blacks seem be owning the store in a very lackadaisical spirit....Your pricing is defecting saw a beer for R23.99 on the shelf, when I reached the cashier it became R27... Secondly the staff said they don't accept deposits... So now recycling doesn't count in SA, profits are more important!!!. Only liquor store in SA that doesn't accept deposits on bottles but you sell big glass bottle beers that are deposit friendly in every other major liquor store. Really you'll need to focus on the consumer and the profits will roll. Given the experience it's better to support local liquor outlets or buy it straight from the brewery because we can afford to.

I bought R 25000 worth of shares. I had zero correspondence. I've been told to contact Brian Mpono. He doesn't respond to any mails. I bought these shares when I was 24 I spent all my money there with hope to atleast get my money back but I feel like I've lost it. It's alot of money for me I don't come from a wealthy background. 25k is alot for me and I'm now 31 years old and unemployed

After paying at the parking meter machine the boom gate didn't open and I was told that I didn't pay. I left my car at the boom gate walked back to pay again. On my bank app both transactions went through. They told me the 1st transaction will be refunded. A week later they are enjoying their double payment. I will never ever visit oceans mall again!

I recently bought a gimble at FOTOFAME OCEANS Mall on the 15 and had to return the following day because the device was acting out and the guy stated that he doesn’t know how it works and if I have problem I should return & I did return because it was the only gimble he had in store and I’ve been waiting for refund since the 16 the guy is consistently lying saying the payment has been processed later he says I should take anything from the store and I don’t want anything especially after he sold me a product that he said he doesn’t know it operate the very same product with a chines manual he can’t even read too . This is not good for such a mall and this level

I have not received any dividends, My opinion that all shareholders that share the same sentiments of dissatisfaction should get Wendy Knowler or Shahan Ramkissoon intervention.

I have been trying to call Motive Capital, Which is being responded by a voice message, If they are not going to pay any dividends they should refund us the full amount with interest since 2017
