Very disappointing experience with this cleaning company. I paid over R2,300 for a subscription and additional fees they requested upfront, yet the service was poor and unreliable. They arrived on the wrong date, missed scheduled appointments without communication, and later showed up unannounced weeks later after ignoring my calls and texts. When I requested a refund due to their poor cleaning service and miscommunication, they all of the sudden they don’t respond calls and text yet respond new client that happened I referred to them but didn’t pay. I’ve now had to involve SAPS & my bank. Please be cautious before booking with this ****ty Nigerian man who work with Zimbabwean young girls.

We stand by our team 100%, we can confidently state our company comprises of staff members that are originally south african.The language used in this comment is unacceptable. We welcome honest complaints about our service so we can improve. But we will never allow discriminatory remarks about our staff to go unchallenged.If you have a genuine complaint about a missed booking or poor communication, we are here to listen and make things right. But targeting our team with hateful language is not something we will engage with or accept.

The SAPS is currently working with the bank regarding this issue. At this stage, I simply require my money to be refunded as soon as possible.
