As the owner of a supermarket, I approached Odyssey Software for an operating system. My experience with them started off well when my enquiry was initially logged. I was informed that the program would fulfill my needs 100%. After installation, it came to my attention that there were a few glitches in the system. I phoned them on numerous occasions, and they try to repair it via the internet with little success. Nobody visited the site again.It is six months down the line, and I have requested my money back for the software, as from day one, I have not had one day where the program was fully functional. They are not willing to refund me for the software which leaves me no choice but to voice my frustration. Please feel free to email me for further details.
