Maverick Master.
I addressed a tentative, preliminary, and private enquiry to the Master, to raise concerns about an Executor. The Master, without question, copied this to all, opening everything up carelessly and prematurely. The Master further admitted evidence to their office which appeared to fall far below the standards of proof, or the requirements of law. A discussion needs to be conducted in a predictable manner, where the ground rules are clear. While I do not know the legal implications, I am distressed, too, that the Master permits a man previously convicted of ***** to serve as Executor, in this case perpetuating behaviour for which he was at first convicted.

Fraud at Office of the master and attorneys Disgusting
Would like to know what's happening with our queries since the office has been closed The deceased estate from 2015 still not been attended instead Lucky at Marshall 5th floor was paid and an attorney was also been paid Nothing has been done till todate

The Office of the Master poor service and fraudulent activities
I have a big problem with the Office of the Master Marshall Street Johannesburg Where the Will is still not being attended to from 2015 When my mother Nelly Thembi Dlangalala I.D. 3202080162083 passed away The so called guy at the Master's office by the name of Lucky at the 5th floor demanded to be paid and also a laywer was paid Nothing has been done till today
