Excitement turned to horror when Ogans Auto became Organ trauma

<p>I have purchased a vehicle at Ogans Auto dealer. Same day of buying the car it went off on me while driving home and I figured out that the terminals were lose, so I continued driving the, everytime when it rains the car need to be pushed, I retuned the car back to Ogans auto they told me it was a battery and they refused to fix it. One time I noticed the car was leaking water after it went for the service , Ford guys told me the car could have been in a bad accident so to fix the engine it will cost me, I then return the car back to Ogans Auto, they took the car for a day and the following day it was fine. I drove it for a week then the engine overheated on my way from work. I return the car back to them, they took it RMI approved warehouse for fix and they promised to get it fixed. After they received the quotation that's when things started to be sour. They told me to take my car and it was my neglegence that the car overheated. It was not even 5 months old when they even refuse to give me another car. I took the matter to Ombudsman last year august, until today my issue is not finalized .</p> <p> </p>
