The office is ignoring correspondence and when I call the answering machine keeps on saying they are experiencing high call volume 2 consecutive days

I am complaining against Office of Health/Hospital Standard compliance
When I typed OHSC it changed to OHS and I carried on thinking it was correcting me
I am sincerely sorry for this inconvenience caused
