we bought a dining room table from OKHA interiors for R 55000 and was told the reason why it is so expensive is because it is solid wood...to our discuss we recently found out it was laminated veneered chipboard...only the legs are solid wood...we have tried several times to get this sorted out - the salesman Jack never made any effort to resolve this issue....how can we pay R 55000 for a dining room set and get told its solid wood and then find out it is chipboard?

we want to warn everybody to be careful...dont get fooled - get it in writing..if they say its solid wood..let them put it on black and white and get a wood expert to check on the item before you buy it.

They removed the top the 1st time and it took 10 guys to uplift - then it was returned weeks later and only 4 guys carried the top and we cleary realised its not the same top. We told Jack the table top is making white spots an dhe just replied its our last chance and they will not lok at sorting it out again
