I have been help by Law Mutava .This gentle is excellent he has customer care to his clients.i would mind recommend anyone to this gentleman for help at United Business solutions.

I am an OKI fan , having bought an MB770 mono printers previously, and i thought it wont be different this time around, oh boy was i wrong, I bought FOUR ES9476 OKI Printers at R194 246.40 each, and the machines want a password, we have put in the default 123456 password and it doesn't work, the machine Doesn't recognise LAN cable and further more when you try to print or scan it says warming up. I tried to call OKI for help and was told there is no one to help me. But now we have white elephants in our office. I have even bought an inkjet machine so that we can print. It was our worst investment by far, almost 800K . I have lost faith in this company

I bought a oki printer Ml3321 from glocell december 2016 The printer is still under warranty when i spoke to glocell they forwarded my query to advancenet Lady name Ntombi from advancenet called and said that i was suposed to clean and service the printer and service is not covered in our warranty , I explained to her it is not the service that i am asking for the printer is giving problem oki should fix it nd she repeated same It is over a week no help no positive feed back from oki this is rediculous They should not write with bold letters 3 Years on site warranty If anyone buying oki please dont expect any warranty from them This was my second printer from oki No more will opt for something better

<p>Since my last post Oki have ignored my communications. They have now also decided to deactivate comments on their Facebook posts. Doing so is an attempt I assume to portray Oki as completely wonderful. If the public can't see complaints then they can't make an informed decision whether purchasing Oki is a good decision. This is very manipulative and not good business practice. A month later Oki still have my printer and have not issued the refund they promised via email. I have done everything which they requested but my 2 emails to Ryan Harper since last week have been ignored. Unfortunately all this does is motivate us to post further reviews on all platforms and social media in order to bring this to the public's attention</p>
