Broken shower

My name is Nomi I'm working for film industry as a caterer, on August 2022 we went on away job to cater for some production that was filming in springbok, they book okiep hotel for us, I was taking a shower preparing to start cooking for my work, I took a shower when I was finish I wanted to close the water but the tap fell down I try to reach down and while I was reaching for the tap head I got burned in my face there was a second shower that was broken with no shower head and there was a very hot water coming out of that tap, I manage to get the tap and close the water, when I got out of the shower I felt the pain on my face and told my boss about the incident he took me to hospital because I was starting to have blisters, I went to hospital and got help I've got scars in my face to prove that, when I got back my colleagues told me that the owner of the hotel was there with the caretaker to fix the shower and he apologise about what happened to me, I did all the documents I was suppose to do and the owner spoke with the production about the insurance that is going to compansate me but since then no 1 told me anything, it breaks my heart seeing my self in the mirror
