Terrible business, don't order from them. My order took months to arrive, and when it eventually did it was missing a flashlight. I've tried to contact them numerous times, they've ignore my communication and I haven't received the flashlight, or money back for it.

This is a **** don't buy anything from this website or you will lose your money. All the items on the website are not in stock. Once you purchase your item you will get no response on email or telephone on the progress of your purchase. I eventually got a response on email to tell me that the item was not in stock and will only be available in three months and would I like to wait or get a refund, I choose refund and that was two weeks ago again with no response on email or telephone. When you call the numbers the calls get automatically answered and then automatically hangs up after three minutes. Zero response on email since I have asked for refund.

This is a **** don't buy anything from this website or you will lose your money. All the items on the website are not in stock. We placed an order and paid on 16 December which included R150 courier fee for delivery to our door. On the 19th December, I received an email from Michael Meyer apologizing and informing me that there will be a two week delay in delivery. I ordered this torch for my husband for Christmas. It is now a month later and we still haven't received the torch. We have tried sending an email and phoned the Jhb and CT numbers but you get a pre-recorded message about high call volumes and then eventually the phone cuts out. On looking into this company, I am convinced that this is a ****mer. The following companies have used his contact details: All Net Holdings (Pty) Ltd, Olight Flashlight Online Shop, Huntalot Gear, Animal Gear Outdoor Online Shop.

We placed an order and paid on 16 December which included R150 courier fee for delivery to our door. On the 19th December, I received an email from Michael Meyer apologizing and informing me that there will be a two week delay in delivery. I ordered this torch for my husband for Christmas. It is now a month later and we still haven't received the torch. We have tried sending an email and phoned the Jhb and CT numbers but you get a pre-recorded message about high call volumes and then eventually the phone cuts out. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!! If i could take away the 1 star and put zero, I would! I placed an order (OL3030) & paid online on Thursday. I instantly received an order confirmation email. I purchased the item as a gift & learnt that the person it was purchased for, already has 1. Within 2 hours of placing the order, I requested it be cancelled & refunded. I attached an account confirmation letter from my bank with banking details. I then called and spoke to Petro to confirm the process regarding cancellations & refunds. I did not get any feedback, so I called later that day. They found my email in spam & said that they would attend to it. I've sent 5 emails and made a total of 9 calls after that to get an update on the refund. ZERO RESPONSE VIA MAIL even though I requested with every mail that they would at least acknowledge receipt. ZERO CALL BACKS EITHER. NOTHING. Petro was helpful in continuously checking with Eve who was responsible to emails & for submitting the refunds however, NOTHING FROM EVE. (eve@olight.co.za) I kept calling. I again spoke to Petro (The Friday), she assured me that the refund will be done "today" and apologized. Low & behold. It is now the next week (a day short of a week later) and NOTHING. I yet again called & insisted on answers. I got transferred to Jean (The General Manager).... SHOCKING!! He was point blank rude! Continuously spoke over me. After I had offered to send all the emails & my call logs to him, he merely commented that he cannot do anything more and will arrange the refund today. (DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING YET COMMENTS HE CANT DO ANYTHING MORE) What a joke! I requested that he calls me back or sends me an email once he 'investigated' where the delay came from & he just brushed me off saying that he will under no circumstances tell me how he disciplines his staff if he decides to do so. I clarified & said that I'm merely asking for feedback on what the hold up is & reported the bad service to him so that they can work on bettering themselves in this department. CLEARLY THE TEAM'S ATTITUDE AND WORK ETHIC IS A DIRECT REFLECTION OF THEIR MANAGER. So terribly disappointed!! (And still no refund) Thank you to Petro, who has been doing as much as she possibly could to try and assist me and make up for the incompetence of her superiors. All and all. Just terrible. I would stay as far away as possible. There are many sites selling the same products that ships the same day with exceptional service! I ended up purchasing another Olight product from Torch SA and received a tracking number within 1.5 hours from ordering. My order was delivered to my door before 10 am the next day. STAY AWAY FROM OLIGHT.CO.ZA
