Olipro terrible service

Eric Miles Cheshire Homes is a charitable organisation which cares for the profoundly disabled. We entered into a contract with Olipro which promised to deliver us a good product. The first problem arouse when all the residents could not get wifi as promised. We were told you have get a second line which we did. Contact service interruptions, late installations but the best part was when we wanted to cancel. They fabricated all kinds ways to try and get us to pay for two months we had already paid for. Donette just refused to meet or discuss and the directors copied in on the mails did not even comment. If I could give them -5stars I would. As an NPO we are in desperate need of funds and to have a business try and take advantage of that is just terrible. There are so many local business that support the home and help us stay afloat but Olipro is one that would rather focus on income for themselves.
