Stupid rules

Olx blocked my account in 2015 for posting multiple ads of the same product as i wasnt aware of their rules and after hundreds of attempts they refuse to reactivate my account they ignore my emails im able to post ads but with someone elses phone number please rectify this you cant give someone a lifetime ban thats insanity
