Frustrating bank OM

Om bank is such a stressing bank to use , I mean looking for statements on the app is an issues, I was looking for transaction history in pdf format it's bizarre, applying for credit in another places it's an issues becoz their statement are not stamped when you send emails or call you still don't get assistance ,they are just so slow in everything it's frustrating, when will they add ewallet or cash send services
