Disgusting Resort / Owner and management... So called familie resort... BAD!!!

Again you remove report my rating LOL I will not stop with you guys!!!!

Nehan Ungerer you and your wife Mariaan Ungerer who is not even an employee of omaramba and Ernist Klynhans the so called owner... You are the most disgusting resort when it comes to management and customer complaints...!!!!

So the Owner of Omaramba, Ernist Klynhans called me regarding my complaint below.

What a disgraceful unprofessional call was that from Ernist, so he basically told me to solve the problem I must just say away from Omaramba?????

What type of business man of an holiday resort speaks to his clients like that ?????

So I will not let this GO...!!!! I will make sure that Omaramba will get low rating until I get a personal apology from the owners of this Resort with PROOF THAT THEY ARE the owners of the resort.

The Resort Manager Nehan Ungerer & his wife Mariaan Ungerer along with the Entertainment team are the most unprofessional team I have ever come across in the Resort industry.

We have booked in for the "So-called" beer fest but was so poorly organized and to top it of the unprofessional why they handled guest complaints.

There have been several complaints from other campers who also complained about the poor organization of the so-called beer festival.

My fiance was intoxicated and were dancing on the grass enjoying his self the Saturday afternoon, where the entertainment guy walk over to him and told him to leave as there are complaints that he pulls his pants down, which was not the case.

My fiance have lost a lot of weight and with his dancing his pants kept falling off BUT NOT to his knees just below his waist. He was so upset how the Omaramba staff embarrassed him and he wanted to leave and was not in the mind set to drive.

I have confronted the entertainment guy and asked him who where the people complaining and got bad attitude from him I asked to see the Resort Manager Nehan Ungerer who came and spoke to me, when I asked him where the complaints come from he didn't know???

A long story sort, that evening the band did an announcement that they don't stand for gays on the dance floor. I got very angry and again got confronted by Nehan Ungerer and his wife who was so intoxicated and started to insulte me in from of all the guest at the pool.

One of the staff members asked me in a disgusting manner were is my hair? how more can this Resort be insulting

Things just escalated where Security got involved and we were thrown out from the Resort 11pm the Saturday night.

We had to drive back to PTA being so intoxicated and the Resort didn't care about our safety.

They will not see my complain this once, I will continue until I hear from the owners or directors of this Resort.
