Terrible service
Poor after-sales support and mechanical issues – avoid OMC MOTORS. "I bought a vehicle from this dealership in July 2024 for R110,000. While the initial sale with Bridget seemed fine, the after-sales service has been incredibly disappointing. Despite taking out an extended warranty, getting any support for mechanical issues has been a nightmare. The car has developed several serious faults: The car shudders significantly when pulling away. There are ongoing issues with the turbo. The clutch is not functioning properly Every time I try to organize a service or address these warranty items, I face constant delays. Dealing with Bridget post-sale has been a struggle; it feels as though the staff no longer cares once the deal is closed, ignoring the fact that the car has mandatory service intervals to maintain the warranty. Buying a car is a huge investment, and I expected much better support for a vehicle still under warranty. I would advise others to be very cautious before buying here."

Complain to OMC for a car that is leaking oil and sound at the aircon pump
I didn’t win with my first complain they didn’t reach me my car still leaking oil and the sound is still irritating as the they promise to replace aircon pump and they didn’t they only blue tick me I wish to return the car and get my money

Goodafternoon my name is SIBUSISO MASHELE I bought a car in 12 December 2025 at OMC motors Johannesburg I had a bad experience as the car was not roadworthy and they had to deliver it at my place were when it arrives the oil was coming out from the gasket seal the car was shaking when we test tar rod ends and rod ends are lose or needs to be replaced and the sound from the aircon the was bad as u could hear the sound from 50m away from the car then i immediately took the pics same day and send to the sales person then the arrangement was for me to look for the mechanic to diagnose the problems that I have mention above and I had to pay my for him and R500 for that then I did update them they ask me to get a quote from him the quote was R15000 incl labour tbt material cost was R11 000 regas wheel alignment and labour makes it to R15000 now they request me to bring the car to them to fix it while leaking oil they don’t consider the quote that was send to them I’m afraid that this damage needs breakdown or meet me by paying the mechanic to completely fix the car and take full responsibility from the day he fixed as I won’t trust the parts that they will use as I requested quote from Golfwagen it was R10 000 for parts Please intervene so we find a common group as they are threatening that they are closing in Friday then I have to do their way I so below they don’t mind about the reputation of their company the money that is coming in

OMC motors Idiots
Absolutely shocking. Sold me a bakkie and said it was in a minor accident..on review it was in a front smash! I phoned the same day when I arrived back home and told them I want to reverse the sale because they were not honest. They said yes they'll do it the next day I must bring them the bakkie..I drove back 500km and held me busy for 6 hours and wanted me to leave the bakkie there fly back home and pay them R18000 ..didn't want to open the gate so I can leave. Please do not ever purchase anyting from these *********** idiots!

Worst service ever
At 1st was sold a car which was on 111k kilos and when doing background check on it I found that the kilos were actually tempered with and it had just clocked 430k. They looked for another car similar to it and I drove it home and had a breakdown on the same day because of worn out bolt joints. I then decided to also take it for a though check and I found that the car didn’t have airbags on the drivers side,the car being a code 3 and a whole lot of bull going on.
