What a pleasant journey! 😀
I've had the pleasure of working with Zinzi in my recent home purchase and what a journey it has been. I never anticipated the stress and anxiety that comes with purchasing a home but Zinzi and her team eased up my anxiety and ensured that I was updated about the process every step of the way. This went much quicker than I thought and has been nothing short of amazing. Thank you once again for all the great work you've done in ensuring that I secure a beautiful home and being patient with my 110 questions. 😊

Conradie park **** up, also lies from omega, flisp??? More like take advantage of first time home owners take them for a ride into the night never to be seen again This company as well as concor are a joke stay away

Omega Properties - amazing
Jenny! Such an amazing lady, even after I received my deposit back, she calls me months later and says there is more deposit I should have received and she made that happen. it was not about the money, but the honest.

Jenny! Such an amazing lady, even after I received my deposit back, she calls me months later and says there is more deposit I should have received and she made that happen. it was not about the money, but the honest.

big rogues and liars
very pathetic service and clearly staff dont know what they are doing.i was viewing a property for rent on the 2nd of december 2019 the guy who was sent by omega claimed water was free,when i asked him why its on the lease he says its a standard lease they use for all their properties and he used an example of how the lease says we will be responsible for the garden as there wasnt a garden for us to be responsible for so i signed.6months into the lease im being told now we need to pay for water so i explained to the jennifer this is what was said by the guy that she sent to show us the property and she says we still liable because that is what we signed for so i asked if we could move out because of this problem her response was we still liable for the rest of the year uptill now there is still no water bill so they holding back our R13000 deposit and we moved out at the end of our lease she refused to let me speak to a manager and they expect me to pay for water that was used before i could even move in
