distasteful service!

I would discourage the community if not the public to not buy their beds from this manufacturing bed shop. They will deliver your matress and base that comes with loose bed legs, then promise to send their driver to change the base and never stick to their promise. I had that experience. On 03rd December the bed was delivered and I have proof of video of that loose leg, then same day I send them whatsapp text to inform them of which they responded that they will send the driver the following day, did they? No!...they went all mumb on me till date. I mean they got their money, I got their money, I got imbalance bed, so why should they care?
