I dealt with a Lady by the name of Denise Vockins, she was amazing, she was accommodating & helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with my sale but also to resolve any issues that I had. Finding a company and sales people that provide such exceptional service these day are rare. I highly recommend Omnisurge and compliment them on their excellent staff. Breath of Fresh Air dealing with them. We need more people and companies like them.

My husbands wheelchair has thorn in less then 6months of purchase... Spoke to Ken Delaney he adv we return it to Meadowdale...They refused to change it & the staff attitude is pathetic. The Receptionist Khanye sittng reading Celeb Gossip which she made clear to me & not willing to assist whilst Godfrey Simon goes upstairs never to return down to assist us. They told us to leave 'n come back after 2days...How is my husband supposed to get around without a wheelchair? He can not walk.. Its like a Dr asking why you got sick... Ken on the other hand 4 a sales has no after sales... There is not even a Manager to assist on site or even return a call... Its BEST you refund us FROM THE POOR QUALITY ITEMS YOU GUYS SELL THEN ASK CUSTOMERS WHY US IT RUSTY OR THOR .. IS OT MY SUPPLIER PROVIDING YOU With Products. Do I own the plant???
