CDS Consulting (PTY) LTD when are you going to refund my R9,364.11 debited from FNB on 30 July 2025 in the name of Government initiative to reduce interest charged by PNP & ABSA without Debi Check mandate or Court Order even after I responded to your emails that I don't want to be in Debt Review + ABSA rejecting your application? All the Debt Review Companies obtain Court Order before they place people under Debt Review? Where did you obtain mandate to debit my account? All service providers perform DebiCheck before debiting money from people's accounts. Where do get powers to debit people's accounts without Debi Check, let alone people's names, ID numbers and bank accounts? In your email, you said I must confirm my marital status before you proceed with my application yet you went on to debit my account. Why are you not responding to emails or calls?
