On the case unprofessionalism/****
I wouldn't trust this company, they are highly unprofessional or a **** in the making..I have ordered and paid a week ago and there has been zero communication, I've tried calling and no answer, I've messaged and no one reads or responds. I have tried tracking my package and it comes up as error.

Bad Service and ****ming
I’m currently having an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience with On The Case. After paying extra for express delivery, I received no communication about my order, and my tracking number repeatedly returns an error stating that tracking information cannot be retrieved. What makes this worse is that orders placed after mine are already scheduled for delivery, while mine appears to have been ignored. I have attempted to contact the company multiple times via phone and WhatsApp, but calls go straight to voicemail and messages are never answered. The complete lack of communication, transparency, and customer support is unacceptable, especially for a paid express service. I would strongly caution others to think twice before ordering unless customer service and reliable tracking are improved.

NOT IMPRESSED SO FAR
I ordered my cases and was excited... At this moment im frustrated with customer service. I paid for delivery within 1-2 days. Its the second day and jyst found out that if be recieving my parcel on day 3! Bull**** i paid extra so whats gonna happen is they will pay me my delivery cost back and charge me for 3-5 days delivery. My rating stand at 2 now. Depending on what they do next ill decide if its a 1 or 3-5 rating.

Wonderful game night activity. Not as challenging as we had hoped but fun non the less. We loved the amount of detail that was put in and the vivid characters. Would definitely buy another.

Exciting activity to be enjoyed in home or outside. Great dinner party or date night game to go head to head or work in a team. I was a bit disappointed in the typing errors, lack of evidence and lack of complexity in the case (Seaside Homicide 3/5). I will definitely be purchasing a higher difficulty level in the future. Hoping the accuracy and attention to detail would improve. I am all for supporting small local businesses, but I am not thrilled to purchase an erroneous product that I could technically download for free.

Disappointing
I ordered from them on the 1st of December 2023 and am still waiting for any type of confirmation that my order has been sent or even processed?? I paid for express shipping that is supposed to take 2-3 days but I am going on waiting a full week so what was the point of paying extra? I tried to reach out on email for some clarification but no answer so I'm very disappointed in this whole ordeal.
