ONAIR IS REAL ****MERS

I take out a dstv explora contract with them in Feb 2024. It included a takealot voucher of R1000.00. Up till date I didn't recieve any voucher even after numerous calls and emails. I was first been told the voucher was in the box even though it was not there,then they told me they will send it via sms,email and whatsapp. They even told me that my email was wrongly capture on their system thats why I didn't recieve the voucher.Everytime when they reply its about escalating the matter to an agent.
