<p>On Wednesday I phoned to get assistance to realign my dish, a<br />technician with his assistant came to do the realignment. The<br />technician named Ronald came to look inside behind my TV to confirm<br />that the cabling was correct.<br />After the technician swopped one cable behind my TV and checked that<br />it's working, he went back to his car and I had to pay for the<br />realignment, which I did.</p> <p>I let them out and came back inside to tidy up my cables behind the TV<br />and realized that the technician took my explorer cable splitter. I<br />immediately phoned this Ronald tech and asked where is my splitter<br />which was behind my TV and he couldn't answer me. Now when I phone his number it`s disconnected and if you try to phone the number on the website it`s just ringing. </p> <p>This is a big problem, this company advertises online as professional people then they end up stealing from you, and probably looking for easy targets. <br /><br /></p> <p> </p>
