Incompetent, bad service and false advertising

<p>oncall firstly said R350,00 call out and then was told no it is R450,00 which I paid all all they had to do was swap out a decoder and tune in which they never did. I asked then to come back today and  although I was promised 3 times that they were on their way they never arrived. They advertise a "24 hiour" service but they don't answer the phone. The chap they sent doesn't have a clue and couldn't even set in the screen sizes - never cleaned up. After paying out R1000,00 they simply not interested in coming to sort out their half job, with promises that they coming and don't call or arrive - I would steer clear of this bunch as they  are absolutely useless and don't have a 24 hour service as advertised on their site, </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
