One Debt Counselors are poor service providers.

Entered debt review with One Debt Counselors in 2016, took over and completed my own payments in November 2022. Have requested my clearance certificate on several occasions since January 2023 and my calls and emails go unanswered or ignored. My experience with One Debt is that you have to call and email them otherwise you don't exist. I would not advise anyone to use them.
