Decent quality but unprofessional

Good workmanship but unprofessional. Unable to complete on Day 1 so stored gutters in my house overnight. Unable to return on Day 2. I had limited availability on Day 3 so they completed front of the house and took gutters off at the back. Day 4 I was not available and lack of gutters led to flooding. Day 5-7 (Fri-Sun) One Gutters was not available and only completed on Day 8. Very unsympathetic to flooding in my house and the fact that I had a 10m gutter running down my hallway, through the kitchen and living room for a week. Before they left the property they demanded payment in full and would not accept that being without gutters led to any kind of damage. If you choose to go with them insist on being their first job of the day and check that there is no rain in the forecast. They are eager to start jobs but do not prioritise completing them.
