wifi connection
no go area!!! the worst experience I have ever received when it comes to connectivity. They are son unreliable. I have been using their services for 2 weeks but I am so disappointed. in this 2 weeks they have disconnected their services twice, claim they are working on it not explaining what could be the issue. this is a huge inconvenience as I work from home. everyone in my complex is complaining that every month they have issue with connectivity. DO NOT GO FOR THIS FIBRE NETWORK OR ELSE YOU WILL REGRET FOR LIFE!!!

Worst ISP Ever!!
One of the worst out there!! If I could negative review then, I would. They are money hungry for below par internet service. They a quick to activate and lock you in to make you dependant then hit you with fees out of no where. With this they are more expensive than your top 5 internet service providers. Do not get me started on the attitude of their customer service agents. Honestly horrible.

One of the worst out there!! If I could negative review then, I would. They are money hungry for below par internet service. **** and misleading Telecommunications.
If you looking for a credible and reliable Fibre service please stay away from One Mile Telecommunications. They are so quick to come and install and activate their devices providing false information regarding their billing process resulting in choosing their services on false pretenses . I received a bill for connections not even used and activation costs that initially was supposed to be debited in arrears .. I have received no communication from them and now when I finally contacted them I find out the account has Been handed over to the attorney. Their service is ridiculous and actually pathetic . I would not recommend at all !!!

Bad connection and poor prices.
I have been extremely patient with One Mile Telecoms, but unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The internet lags constantly, making it difficult to accomplish even the simplest online tasks. On numerous occasions, the network doesn't even show up on the WiFi list, leaving me without any connection. What is particularly concerning is the pricing. One Mile Telecoms charges around R780 for a 20 Mbps line, which is not competitive at all. Other providers offer a 200 Mbps line for just R900. The disparity in value is stark, and One Mile Telecoms' service is simply not worth the cost. The most frustrating part is that our complex only allows One Mile Telecoms as the service provider, leaving us with no choice but to endure this subpar service. I sincerely hope that the management of One Mile Telecoms addresses these issues promptly to provide a service that matches its pricing and the expectations of its users.

10 star service!!!
Been with them for 4 months now, only 1 complete outage where a construction company cut the line, communication was excellent and within 5 hours technicians had fixed the issue. Speed 5 stars Uptime 5 stars Billing 5 stars Customer service 5 stars Ease of communication (whatsapp) 5 stars Would give 10 stars actually!
