Excellent service and Fast delivery
I’ll admit I was initially a bit skeptical about ordering after reading a previous review, but I am so glad I reached out. I contacted Dewald via WhatsApp, and he was incredibly helpful, taking the time to address all my concerns and put my mind at ease. I decided to go ahead and placed my order on the 31st of December. Despite it being the middle of the holidays, my order arrived on the 2nd! Throughout the entire process, I was kept in the loop with regular email updates from both One Stop Music and their highly efficient delivery company. Exceptional service and communication. I will highly recommend their services to anyone looking for musical gear!

Worst Customer Service - lies - attitude
Worst customer service! You order online and call the customer care number, and then the person answers the phone saying they are from Marshall music. The website first says it’s one on hand, suddenly there is no stock. Waited a week until I found out the stock had indeed arrived, but no Marshall store is affiliated with another store! The contact from One Stop Music is rude and arrogant! Most disgusting service I have EVER received in my life! I spend a ton of money with Marshall and this is the LAST time! Don’t deal with Dewalt or any of them! Save yourself the trouble!
