equipment provided by Sean Barnard from One way pool and spa not working.

we got a service from Sean Barnard to install a pool heater. we trusted him because he was our contact when we installed our pool and was then working for another company. The heater does not work. we tried many a times to get hold of Sean but he is not answering our calls nor returning them but he views or whatsapp statuses. His behavior is appalling. I would really not recommend him to anyone since he treats his clients like rubbish
