Bad customer service

I was contacted by a lady called Vuvu from one year gift. She explained about the gift voucher holiday. So I made an appointment to come on Saturday 10am. Unfortunately I was called by my Director that I need to attend a workshop on his behalf, because he won’t be available. I communicated to VuVu on her WhatsApp 0615465198 to reschedule the appointment. This lady just insulted me and blocked me. She was so unprofessional, she was very rude and sounded so desperate. Now I feel like this company it’s a ****. They can’t be trusted. Unprofessional consultants. ****MERS
