Public Notice / Consumer Complaint
I would like to raise a serious concern regarding OneDebt. I recently discovered that I was placed under debt review without my consent. After contacting the company to request the removal of my name from debt review, they instead informed me that I must pay for their services — services that I never agreed to or received. It is deeply concerning to learn that many other people have experienced similar issues with this company, yet there seems to be little to no assistance available to affected consumers. My appeal is to anyone who has faced a similar situation or who may know the proper channels or authorities to contact in order to have this matter resolved. Any advice or guidance on how to proceed would be sincerely appreciated. Thank you in advance to anyone who can offer assistance or direction.

My Dept Hero
I was telling that I contacted the consumer. That is true? I cintact the consumer befare I swtich from Onedept to MyDepthero. Because I was remove from deptreview by Absa and I don't why because according to OneDept all payments was in place. I think that I paid too much money to ABSA because of that. The contract was 5 Years and it should have ended July 2024 and I still lot of money on my credit card. That is why I contacted ABS because Onedept did not respond.

Placed under debt review
I have been placed under debt review in 2015 and i was not aware of it. I only found out in 2019 about this. I currently have no oustanding accounts and still debt review is under my name. As far as i know i did not sign any documentation what so ever to be placed under debt review. I need to have this debt review removed from my name as this has been causing endless problems for me and i cannot afford to have a company do this for me as i am unemployed and dont have the funds to do so. What can i do.

Placed under debt review

I have been put under debit review by this guys form 2016 even now the don't want to take out I didn't even agree with them, there very very rude and ****** to wats me, they want me to pay them and they had never do anything for me and I have paid my account my self, and the law don't agree to place anyone under debit review against there will

Good day, received a call from Ricky at onedebt to say my name has been cleared and that all is well and docs sent, same time I received a call from the bank, my loan approved and I'm happy client.
