Employee Exploitation.
Another company that exploits employees. They put people on learnership programmes. They overwork their drivers for long and intensive hours with a Stipend of R4000. According to the OHS Act 85 of 1993, the employer must provide Personal Protective Equipment to the employees, but Onelogix deducts PPE Money from employees. People on this Learnership programmes are still Learning but should they make mistakes, they dismiss them on the Spot. This is another Company that the Department of Labor needs to investigate. Those drivers are our brothers and husbands.

Onelogix VDS worst customer service
<div> I transported my car with them from Cpt to Jhb and they deliberately removed my vehicle's aerial, I informed them same day cause I noticed the radio was not playing well, it took them 5 days to answer to prove their customer service lacks, after they saw that the aerial was indeed in the vehicle they told me to get quotes and send me up and down and now Dermone their salesman is pulling out liability agreements which I read well it didn't say anything about removing any part of my car he now wants to duck and dive proving that they stole my aerial on purpose and they are trying by all means not to pay it.. Be careful of Onelogix VDS company even their review rating shows how bad they are, pity I didn't do properly check up before using their services, Don't trust them.</div>

Great Service - I would recommend.
We used VDS Onelogix as our car courier from Cape Town to JHB. Car arrived safely, no dents or scratches. We had a couple things in the car that didn't fit with the moving company, and everything was still in there. We even had money in glove department that we forgot about, and it was still there. The only reason they got 4 stars is because when we went to collect the car, they made us stand outside in the blistering sun for 50 minutes. We ubered there so couldn't sit in the car and wait. No apologies for the wait. So that was irritating but otherwise, I would recommend. :)

VDS/Onelogix amazing service
VDS/ Onelogix always delivers when it comes to their service. I have transported my car from Cape Town to Johannesburg twice now and Future and Hester's service has been exceptional as always. The quotes are affordable, service is fast, the ladies are very helpful, my items arrive safely. I can't stop recommending them! Always a pleasure dealing with them

VDS/Onelogix amazing service

Never ever consider then
Bad service those one..i gave them my address to Bloemfontein they stopped in fixsburg demanded more money to Bloemfontein and i paid them after that they drove to capetown without saying anything

Hi, Would just like to inform all other companys making use of the Onelogix groupe to be very vigelent when recieving invoices as for word done by them to you. They change documenst in order to bill you for mistakes that they have made. This hase been going on from before i joined onelogix groupe. I have learned the how the did it and what to look for on the invoices that they sent their clients. So plese be very carefull when dealing with the onelogix groupe. Yes i am a former employee and was let go. This was a while ago alredy.
