OneRosebank - Not true as Advertised

People buying must know the following : Location : Not great Building accommodating : The building has no stairs if lifts don't work, accept for emergency door for stairs which cannot be used. 2 small lifts with limit amount of space to bring in furniture etc Noise : Construction or people talking outside etc. Not great Parking : The parkng numbers are all over the place which is not accomodating Renters - People are finding rent to expensive. Size - The place built is too small and makes no sense on the costing. Location to mall - The traffic on the road has a Church and to the right has 2 restaurants which people park on the roads which makes driving inconvienient Getting to the main road is another issue because there is no Robot and very inconvienient. Airbnb - Might work for buyers , but you wont get apartment filled up.
