Non-existence service

I have ordered and paid for a washing machine on the 19th of December 2022. I have received a mail with the following message: your order will be booked in and scheduled for the next available delivery, a copy of Waybill and Tracking Number will also be forwarded to you. After that nothing. They don't respond to mails and you can't get them on the phone. Looks like a scam
