I would not advice anyone to use their services, only realty nelspruit is horrible , when moving in they will go over and above to ensure you get what you want but the moment you vacate their premises and wait for your deposit you will have to call them everyday to get your deposit back , the premises that i was renting on had a mould issue , when you report for maintenance they will never come and assist you however when you move out they want to ********ly deduct a huge amount of money from your deposit to treat an existing mould issue due to structural defects , . i will never use their agency every again . i would also advice you to stay away from
